AUSTRALIAN MEDICAL FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS / DOCCEROOS 2023 TRIALS

ABOUT
Are you a doctor who loves playing football? This event will combine an interstate football tournament with selection trials for a squad to compete at the next World Medical Football Championships (1st – 8th July 2023) in Vienna, Austria.
The Saturday will start at 10 am for teams to be arranged and then play a series of 11 v 11 shortened games throughout the day. It is likely that some states will have more than one team and other states combined. All doctors are welcome to join this event. There will be refreshments provided and fund raising for charity. Payment covers use of the facilities at Monash University, referees and catering.
The Sunday (9am – 1pm) will be short games and football drills organised by Dean Ugrinic (Docceroos coach) only for players wishing to be considered for selection in the Docceroos squad for 2023.

To be eligible you need to have graduated from medical school and turn 25 by the 1st July 2023.
